Shipping & Returns:
At Elite Medical Instrumentation, we strive to provide excellent customer service to make the return process as easy as possible. No RMA number or pre-authorization is required.

For returns, new and unused instruments must be returned in their original packaging, while all other instruments must be securely packaged in a processed sterilization pouch or wrapping to ensure everyone's safety.

Please package the instruments in a box, as shipping them in envelopes, padded or non-padded, violates postal regulations.

While you can choose any common carrier for shipping, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. We will not be held liable for such occurrences. Please note that the postage cost for returning items, unless it was our mistake in sending an incorrect instrument, is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide call-tags or cover return postage.

For returns, attach a copy of the original Invoice or Packing Slip (if available) along with a brief note on your letterhead explaining the reason for the return. Full credit will be applied for merchandise returned within 60 days from the invoice date. Returns made between 60 and 120 days will receive store credit with a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise cannot be returned for credit after 120 days from the invoice date. Custom-made, modified, private labeled, custom etched, or unsuitable-for-restocking instruments are non-returnable. Additionally, opened sterile products or expired sterile products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to inspect any returns before issuing credit.

Exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the invoice date. After 60 days, exchanges may be honored at our discretion. Similar to returns, instruments that are custom-made, modified, private labeled, custom etched, or unsuitable for restocking cannot be exchanged. Opened sterile products or expired sterile products are also non-exchangeable. Attach a copy of the original Invoice or Packing Slip (if available) with a brief note on your letterhead explaining the reason for the exchange. If you have already contacted our office to set up an exchange, please note it on your letterhead. Instruments returned without documentation will be assumed as a return for credit. We handle exchanges either by sending items prior to receiving your return or sending items upon receiving your return.

Return Policy:
Within a 30-day period, a 100% refund will be issued for items returned in their original condition, excluding shipping and handling charges. After 14 days from the date received, a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply to all used items returned. After the 30-day period, returns are accepted for exchange only, with the customer responsible for shipping and handling charges.

For damaged items, refunds and exchanges are accepted within a 30-day period, with Crescent Instruments covering shipping and handling costs. After 30 days, Crescent Instruments is only responsible for half of the shipping and handling costs for a given invoice. Please provide the original invoice number and billing information on the Return/Exchange Form.
